MGA Twin Cam YD2 1679 Update

The twin cam engine needed running in so Dan and I went for what I thought would be a leisurely run and home by lunch.  Seven hundred and forty kilometres later the car had nearly reached Dan's magic figure of five hundred miles.  What was very noticeable how much freer the engine was towards the end of the day.  Another five hundred odd kilometres have been added, the first oil changed done, the head tighten down and the valve clearances checked.  The last odd and ends of  the new car running in period are almost finished.

A couple of photos and the poster made for Dan of the Wreck to Winner restoration.
