The MGCCQ Annual Concours and Car Display Day was held in the grounds of the University of Queensland recently.   This year marked ninety years of the MG Marque and sixty years of the MG Car Club of Queensland.

The day attracted 81 MGs and 2 Non Marque cars for the display.  The concours is held to coincide with UQ's Open Day, so many owners were kept busy fielding questions about their cars.

The MGCCQ hosted the Queensland Hill Climb Championship at Mount Cotton on the 1st June 2014.

A new track record of 35.71 was set by Brett Hayward, an average speed of 95.36 km/hr.
